Meet Keyla Alanes!
As a proud Latina entrepreneur, she is dedicated to turning your wedding dreams into reality. Her passion for wedding planning ignited during her time at James Madison University. In 2014, after assisting a renowned D.C. wedding planner at a wedding in Middleburg, VA, she knew this was her calling.
After earning her degree in Hospitality Management, she entered the corporate world as an Events Assistant for an association in Arlington, VA. There, she mastered the art of flawlessly planning events ranging from intimate gatherings of 25 to grand occasions of 5,000 guests. While advancing to Events Manager, she continued to assist esteemed wedding planners in her free time, honing her craft.
Being deeply family-oriented, she understands the significance of every celebration. Her goal is to make your wedding planning process stress-free, allowing you to savor every moment of your special day from start to finish.

She has a penchant for a good cold brew and often starts her wedding days with a Starbucks visit.
My Family
She met her husband in 6th grade, reconnected in college, and now have they two most beautiful children. She loves being a mom so much!
Family Time
Non-wedding weekends are best spent with family, enjoying some of her favorite Bolivian dishes that her mom will make for them, or hosting family at her house.

Logistical Visionary
With over eight years of experience in event logistics and operations, Mozi Nolte brings a deep understanding of venue management, vendor coordination, and seamless event execution. Having spent several years in the hospitality industry as a Group Sales Manager and Event Planning Manager at a luxury hotel, Mozi has an insider’s knowledge of how hotel venues operate—allowing her to expertly navigate logistics, contracts, and vendor relationships to create a smooth planning experience.
Her expertise in coordinating large-scale events, managing budgets, and ensuring flawless execution makes her an invaluable asset, especially for couples hosting hotel weddings. From maximizing space layouts to working efficiently with in-house catering and staff, Mozi ensures every detail is handled with precision. Passionate about crafting stress-free and unforgettable celebrations, she is dedicated to bringing each couple’s vision to life with ease and expertise.

Bilingual Hospitality Virtuoso
Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Melany has been an essential part of our team for the past two years. Her passion for creating beautiful moments shines through in every wedding she helps bring to life. As an onsite producer, she’s always ready to jump in and grab whatever is needed—always with a smile. Melany also speaks Spanish, allowing her to connect with clients on a deeper level and embrace the cultural elements that make each celebration unique.

Professional Hype Girl
Currently studying Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology at George Mason University, Bethza has been with us since the very beginning as an onsite producer. While her studies focus on the science of the mind, her heart is fully invested in the magic of weddings. She truly loves love and will be your ultimate hype girl on your big day. She knows exactly how we like things done—sometimes we don’t even need words to communicate! Bethza’s sweet nature and attention to detail make her an essential part of our team. You’ll likely find her tearing up during the first dance or sneaking a peek at the first look with misty eyes. Fluent in Spanish, she has a special way of connecting with couples and their families, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, celebrated, and cared for.
